When most people think of the Hamptons, they don’t imagine the thousands of individuals and families who struggle every day to meet their most basic needs. At Hamptons Community Outreach, our mission is to lift our marginalized neighbors out of poverty by providing essential support and by creating real opportunities that transform lives.
