Bridgehampton Thanksgiving Turkey Trot

The Bridgehampton Thanksgiving Turkey Trot is a fun, non-competitive walk and/or run on Thanksgiving Day bringing together Hamptons residents and guests for a physically active community event while raising funds for Hamptons Community Outreach, a local non profit fighting poverty on the East End. Event participants will meet and park in the parking lot of Mecox Beach on Jobs Road in Bridgehampton for check in starting at 9am. The run/walk will start at 9:30am with runners and walkers proceeding down the street on foot to West Scott Cameron Beach parking lot (.9 miles), turning around and heading back to Mecox Beach parking lot (.9 miles).

Event registration proceeds will go to Hamptons Community Outreach and participants will be encouraged to bring non perishable foods for donation. All ages are welcome and strollers and scooters are allowed to facilitate inclusion of all ages; turkey or Thanksgiving themed outfits are encouraged!

WHEN: Thursday, November 28. Check-in at 9AM, race starts at 9:30AM sharp.

WHERE: Mecox Beach Parking Lot: 535 Jobs Lane, Bridgehampton, NY 11932

COURSE: The walk / run course will begin at Mecox Beach parking lot and proceed for .9 miles to W Scott Cameron Beach parking lot. Once at the parking lot participants will turn around and proceed back to Mecox Beach parking lot for another .9 miles.

TO BRING: Non-perishable foods for families in need. Turkey or Thanksgiving themed outfits are encouraged!
